Riga's Motor Museum

It is one of Latvia's most remarkable museums. It has got more than a hundred unique vehicles. The museum is open since 1989. It is only 15 minutes drive from Riga's old town. 

It's got more than a hundred antique vehicles. It has got different exhibitions. Cult Cars Exhibition has got some unforgettable cars which are the symbols of the end of the 20th century. One of those is the Volkswagen Beetle, which is one of the most popular cars of all time. 

It has got a museum for kids too, with many interactive screens, video stories, hands on activities and big, shiny vehicles. It's got education programmes too. These are about road traffic safety, vehicle construction history, and engineering. It has got outdoor and indoor playgrounds.
